User Interface Engineer
Job Description
We are currently recruiting a senior level User Interface Engineer to join our next generation cloud-based eCommerce order management system team. You will be working with senior business executives and the development team to design our next generation of eCommerce order management system. Your role is to drive the design and user interface using Web 2.0 technologies and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effect to create the overall UI including structure, navigation and theme
- Conduct UI design sessions with input from business units and the technical team
- Develop wireframes, technical prototypes and screens
- Create reusable HTML templates and style sheets based on Web 2.0 UI standards and guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing complex web-based systems
- Thorough understanding of overall UI design concepts and processes
- Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
- Ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design
- Experience with generating UI prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams, and wireframes
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have commercial software product user interface design experience
- Ability to prototype with HTML, CSS and jQuery is a huge plus
- High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator

Technical Support Manager
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an E-commerce Technical Support Manager overseeing a team to timely resolve customers' needs and to contribute in the development of market driven functionalities of our E-commerce platform. The work requires knowledge of computer concepts, computer & programming skills, communicate effectively with others, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing technical support representatives and lead process changes to improve productivity
- Coordinate with other Team Leads and Sr. Mgmt to refine and report appropriate metrics pertaining to the team goals and objectives.
- Monitor and answer calls & E-mails to resolve customer issues on all software and/or E-commerce products supported by the Company
- Integrate E-commerce applications by following documented knowledge base articles; contribute new articles using problem/solution research.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Support E-commerce customers by setting expectations and priorities based on severity of issue reported; ability to manage issues through Ticketing System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3 - 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a group of support technicians
- Experience working with ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VBScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Visual FoxPro. Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Web User Interface Design
- Software Development Fundamentals
- Self-motivated with moderate level of oversight

Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative who excels in all aspects of the sales cycle, including: prospecting, identifying prospects' decision making process, presenting and demonstrating the Dydacomp solution, overcoming objections, and closing. The position is primarily an inside sales role, but will require occasional travel in order to close bigger,strategic accounts. This person must be customer focused, detail oriented with excellent communications and analytical skills working effectively with others to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Timely follow-up and qualification of leads generated by Dydacomp's multi-faceted marketing programs
- Generate revenue through prospecting potential clients
- Research prospective clients, assess competitive landscape, and manage your pipeline of potential sales
- Effectively manage the prospective client's evaluation and decision-making process
- Cultivate relationship with clients and coordinate up-sell opportunities with others within Dydacomp
- Analyze your overall sales performance and identify areas to drive future improvement
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent required
- 2 - 5 years of inside sales experience in a Software environment
- Exceptional prospecting and closing skills
- Experience effectively building relationships, as well as qualifying and closing business over the phone
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SaaS bases environments
- Ability to be hands-on and deliver a business-oriented demo of the Dydacomp software solution
- Must thrive in a face paced, ever changing environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent database management and customer service skills.

Tech Support Specialist
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Representative. This position is responsible for supporting our existing Order Management and ecommerce platforms to address clients' needs. The position requires excellent communication and prior Technical Support experience in a software or SaaS platform environment.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicating with clients to determine the cause and to resolve issues pertaining to the order management and ecommerce platforms
- Coordinate with product development to identify and prioritize repetitive issues to be incorporated into the future product roadmap
- Contribute to the knowledgebase to assist other representatives addressing similar issues
- Support e-commerce solution customers by setting expectations and priorities based on severity of issue reported; basic use of ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VBScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Visual FoxPro; manage issues through Ticketing System.
Requirements
