Sr. QA Engineer

Responsibilities

Scripting, Executing, and Analyzing performance and data integrity tests and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.
Implementing all actions required to deploy an application performance & data integrity testing, including test environment configuration, test tool setup and configuration, and test data management.
Implementation of the technical/back-end testing infrastructure.
Knowledgeable in Automated Testing, Performance Testing, and Data Integrity Testing and methodologies.
Understanding of complex architectures
Ability to understand C#, Javascript.
Ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of Saas applications in production-like configuration and articulate test result impacts with stakeholders.
Experience working in a .NET environment is preferred
Identify testing objectives, document test plans and create test cases from functional specification documents
Execute test scripts manually and by utilizing automated testing tools
Identify, investigate, document and track outstanding software issues
Participate in the creation and maintenance of procedures and processes designed to provide quality software releases to clients

QA Engineer

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help drive the launch of our new cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will report to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
Design, manage and direct all Dydacomp product marketing and marketing communications efforts, including the launch of the company’s new cloud-based solutions.
Communicate the value proposition of Dydacomp’s products to the sales team, at tradeshows, through webinars and other events and face-to-face with press, analysts or other 3rd parties.
Work with the marketing manager to develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products
Support the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the Marketing plan
Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to position our messaging and programs against them
Develop the strategy and manage the marketing lead generation programs that drive demand for our products
Explain Dydacomp products or services to prospective and existing customers [e.g. small business owners, executives] through presentations, website content and collateral
Manage, promote and coordinate external webinars and calendar of Marketing programs and activities
Able to get hands-on with product demo’s and use of software and web-based technologies
Assist in the management and execution of Dydacomp’s partner referral program to solicit and engage business partners to promote and refer Dydacomp solutions to their customers
Excellent marketing and communication skills are a prerequisite for the job.
The successful candidate will also have an aptitude for learning and using business software programs

5-7 or more years of software/SAAS product marketing experience with steadily increasing responsibility and at least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing facing role

Senior .Net Developer

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior .Net Developer who will help to deliver our cloud based SaaS software solutions.

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of the agile product development life cycle from design to delivery.
Work closely with the product managers, infrastructure and development teams to help deliver innovative, world-class SaaS solutions.
Design and develop high-quality code exhibiting excellent performance that meets product requirements with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience delivering commercial software products.
2+ years of experience delivering SaaS software solutions.
Experience in pattern and practices in multi-tenant system.
Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, n-tier development, MVC, SOA and WCF/WF/MSMQ development.
Familiar with ORM, IOC pattern and frameworks.
Fluent in MSSQL Server, DB design and programming
Familiar with Web Services and technologies including SOAP and REST.
Familiar with security mechanisms, including web and web service security and their implementations.
Experience in cloud based software development, deployment and management.
2+ years of experience with SCRUM and have experience working in SCRUM projects.

Front End Developer

Job Description
We are currently recruiting a senior level Front End Developer to join our next generation cloud-based eCommerce order management system team. You will be working with senior business executives and the development team to implement our next generation of eCommerce order management system. A Front End Developer implements the presentation tier including front-end and server-side technologies merging the technical architecture with creative designs and art direction. To achieve this integrated approach, the qualified candidate must have fundamental understanding of the creative and usability aspects while implementing technically in a largely Microsoft-based platform and development framework environment. Ultimately, the Front End Developer is responsible for aspects of Front End development including all project-related browser and server technologies that render the user experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coding the execution of complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established technical framework or by project team.
Responsible for coding high quality and highly usable Front End deliverables that provide an optimal user experience.
Responsible for creation of all coded Front End deliverables including html, cshtml, asp.net, css and JavaScript (jQuery) files.
Responsible for creation and execution of unit tests for all Front End JavaScript code files.
Works well as a project team member, understanding how a team operates and what is expected of the various roles on the project.
Able to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project.
Collaborates with Product Management to establish presentation layer requirements.

Requirements

At least 4+ years of experience hand-coding HTML(5), CSS(3) and other UI technologies
Deep understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript patterns.
Deep understanding of client-side jQuery and Ajax interaction with web pages and web services.
Understanding of back-end Microsoft and third party frameworks used to develop dynamic web pages, e.g. ASP MVC, ASP.NET, Spring
Expertise developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.

User Interface Engineer

Job Description
We are currently recruiting a senior level User Interface Engineer to join our next generation cloud-based eCommerce order management system team. You will be working with senior business executives and the development team to design our next generation of eCommerce order management system. Your role is to drive the design and user interface using Web 2.0 technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead the effect to create the overall UI including structure, navigation and theme
Conduct UI design sessions with input from business units and the technical team
Develop wireframes, technical prototypes and screens
Create reusable HTML templates and style sheets based on Web 2.0 UI standards and guidelines

Requirements

5+ years experience designing complex web-based systems
Thorough understanding of overall UI design concepts and processes
Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
Ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design
Experience with generating UI prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams, and wireframes

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative who excels in all aspects of the sales cycle, including: prospecting, identifying prospects' decision making process, presenting and demonstrating the Dydacomp solution, overcoming objections, and closing. The position is primarily an inside sales role, but will require occasional travel in order to close bigger,strategic accounts. This person must be customer focused, detail oriented with excellent communications and analytical skills working effectively with others to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Timely follow-up and qualification of leads generated by Dydacomp's multi-faceted marketing programs
Generate revenue through prospecting potential clients
Research prospective clients, assess competitive landscape, and manage your pipeline of potential sales
Effectively manage the prospective client's evaluation and decision-making process
Cultivate relationship with clients and coordinate up-sell opportunities with others within Dydacomp
Analyze your overall sales performance and identify areas to drive future improvement

Requirements

BS/BA or equivalent required
2 - 5 years of inside sales experience in a Software environment
Exceptional prospecting and closing skills
Experience effectively building relationships, as well as qualifying and closing business over the phone
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SaaS bases environments

Tech Support Specialist

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Representative. This position is responsible for supporting our existing Order Management and ecommerce platforms to address clients' needs. The position requires excellent communication and prior Technical Support experience in a software or SaaS platform environment.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicating with clients to determine the cause and to resolve issues pertaining to the order management and ecommerce platforms
Coordinate with product development to identify and prioritize repetitive issues to be incorporated into the future product roadmap
Contribute to the knowledgebase to assist other representatives addressing similar issues
Support e-commerce solution customers by setting expectations and priorities based on severity of issue reported; basic use of ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VBScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Visual FoxPro; manage issues through Ticketing System.

Requirements

2 - 5 years of Technical Support experience in Software and / or SaaS environment
Technical degree preferred but not required
