Chief Executive Officer
Fred Lizza is experienced in bringing new technologies to market, driving rapid growth, building sustainable value propositions and competitive advantage. He was previously CEO of Optiant, where he drove the company's positive momentum toward increased market share, industry leadership, and profitability. He was also president and CEO of Avotus Corporation, a software-based telecom expense management provider. Under his leadership, Avotus became a SAAS-based managed service provider and one of the top market leaders in its space. Prior to Avotus, he was president and CEO of Idiom Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise web globalization software and services to the Global 2000 and eCommerce enterprises, and president and CEO of Infinium (formerly Software 2000), a publicly-held ERP software company that was named as one of Business Week's "Top 100 Hot Companies." Fred received a BS in Accounting at Boston College and an MBA in Marketing at Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice President of Product Development
Kevin Loo brings more than twenty-five years of product innovation successes and software development. He is focused on enhancing the company’s multichannel order manager software solutions to dramatically improve eCommerce business operations and efficiency while also developing Dydacomp’s long term cloud order fulfillment software strategy. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Kevin was most recently the VP of Technology and Product Development at Cybershift, specializing in providing organizations of all sizes with Cloud-based business solutions. He also brings a wealth of experience to Dydacomp by way of leadership assignments at companies including Sanofi-Aventis, Intelisys, Ernst & Young, AICPA and Hertz Corporation. Kevin received a B.S. in Engineering Science from the City University of New York and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
Vice President of Marketing
Laura Hills drives Dydacomp's corporate marketing, public relations and strategic alliance initiatives. Laura's extensive experience in delivering enterprise business application solutions to companies of all sizes allows her to focus on the market positioning and recognition of Dydacomp as the leading integrated eCommerce, multichannel order manger and distribution software vendor to drive growth for the company's order fulfillment software such as, Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.) and SiteLINK commerce management solutions. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Laura was most recently the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at CyberShift, focused on providing Cloud-based workforce management solutions to companies of all sizes. She brings extensive expertise in delivering sophisticated, global enterprise business application solutions at Computer Associates' (CA) interBiz division. During a previous tenure, Laura directed Product Management at Information Science Incorporated (InSci). Laura earned a B.S. in Mathematics Cum Laude from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
Vice President of Sales
Mark Brandwein, Vice President of Sales, is responsible for building Dydacomp’s sales organization in the U.S. and U.K. to drive new revenue growth for the company’s Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.) and SiteLINK commerce management solutions. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Mark was the Director of Sales for the Americas for Infragistics, the world leader in software tools for user-interface development, where he was responsible for over $20 million in annual revenue. Prior to Infragistics, Mark held several sales leadership positions, including Sales Manager at PGI, Director of Sales at ALK Technologies, Sales Manager at Pitney Bowes, Regional Sales Manager at Sharp Systems, and Major Accounts Manager at Dell.
Vice President of Technology
Rick Bednarik is Vice President of Technology, managing the Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. Rick joined Dydacomp as senior developer in 1994 and was instrumental in transitioning Multichannel Order Manager from a DOS platform to a Windows platform. His focus then turned to eCommerce, and he led the team in creating the first version of SiteLINK. Over the last seventeen years Rick’s experience has been vital to the continuous improvement of the M.O.M. and SiteLINK product lines. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Rick worked as a Market Manager for five years with AT&T.
Vice President of Customer Services
Julie Bilinkas is Vice President of Customer Services, managing customer implementation, training and support. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Bilinkas was Director of Operations for Avaya, a global leader in business collaboration and communication solutions, where most recently she managed product documentation and localization for a $5 billion product portfolio. Bilinkas also held leadership and field level assignments at Avaya, including responsibility for supporting the company’s distributors and value-added resellers serving small and mid-size businesses. Prior to Avaya, Bilinkas held various positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
Vice President, Business Partner Solutions
Michael Nardini is Vice President, Business Partner Solutions, responsible for supporting, training and certifying third-party referral partners. Mike started with Dydacomp in 2001 and for seven years has assisted clients with setting up Gateway and Merchant accounts for order mangement software. With his guidance as the VP, Mike has put in place numerous changes including tiered support, Ticket tracking software, and project management software to track custom requests and new system installations. Prior to Dydacomp, Mike had five years’ experience in finance/technical support roles at the Bank of New York and Dendrite (Cegedim).
