Automatic Shipping Calculations Module (ASCM)
This powerful module lets you create your own customer shipping charge
schedules for each shipping method based on actual shipping costs, order
total, number of items, COD premiums, etc. It also allows you to apply
shipping charges to a third party account. The module comes with all of
the rate and zone information for UPS, FedEx/RPS, USPS, and Airborne.
A direct interface to UPS, USPS, FedEX, and other shipping systems
is also included. This module is required for SiteLINK users.

Address
Correction and Verification (ACVM)
Compare key-entered and imported customer shipping or
mailing addresses against actual USPS® data that is updated 6 times each
year. This service aims to reduce carrier imposed penalty fees and bad will
that result from inaccurate address entry. Corrects and validates
key entered orders in real time. Renewable Annually. The ACVM
service can also be used to
validate mailing addresses prior to a mailing when used with the optional
List Management Module.
Contact Management Module (CMM)
formerly Telemarketing Module (TMM)
Add a complete phone contact management system to M.O.M.
It provides your customer support and sales staff with an inbound call
log, outbound call and call back scheduling, a call note pad, caller interest
level tracking, even an auto dialing feature if you have your phone system
hooked up through your PC modem. This module also lets you use the optional
List Management Module to
create telemarketing lists that can be loaded as "calls to be
made" with scheduled call dates, first call topics, and assigned
salesperson.
This module is not available for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
Interactive
Credit Card Authorization System
This module is essential for anyone doing extensive credit card business.
It completely automates card authorizations and transactions direct to
your bank or credit card network. Card purchases can be approved/transacted
in real time from the order entry screen while the customer is on the
phone, or in batch prior to each run of order processing. This module
includes an interface to a M.O.M. online credit card processing gateway
and requires a broadband or 'dial out' internet connection. For

List
Management Module (LMM)
Here’s the tool you need to create target lists of your customers and
prospective customers for mailing, e-mailing, faxing, telemarketing, or
just about anything you want to do with them. The module includes a sophisticated
query building tool that enables you to precisely select customers based
on customer type, product purchased, advertising source, gross dollar
amount spent, number of orders, geographic location, date of last activity,
number of mailings, even any of your own customized customer fields. Once
you build a list query, you can save it and run it over again at a future
date to create the same type of list for another purpose. And, you can
save each list too. Use a saved list as an "exclude" statement
against another list to eliminate people that you’ve already mailed to
previously. Finally, there’s even a built-in de-duping routine to make
sure that you don’t mail to somebody more than once.
And, when it comes to mailing, List Management gives you every imaginable
option – print labels on over one hundred different formats, including
Avery laser printer labels. Mail for less using USPS POSTNET bar-coding
for discount "bulk" or standard mailings. Mail/merge your list
to your choice of form letter. Print the letters or select to "broadcast"
an e-mail or fax instead.
This module is not available for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
Order
Import/Export Module (IEM)
This module lets you connect M.O.M. to outside order taking services,
other M.O.M. users, fulfillment companies and the web. You can import
or export orders as well as customer names or prospective customer names.
The import process controls all inventory, tax calculations, product pricing,
shipping, and resolution of duplicate customer names. This
module is required for SiteLINK users and also works in conjunction with
special order management features for Yahoo!®, Amazon®, MIVA®,
Shopsite® and others. A Web Auction Management Module (WAMM) is
also available for two-way, dynamic integration with eBay®.
Point
Of Purchase Module (POP)
This module turns any M.O.M. station into a "cash register"
for counter sales. A special order entry screen, similar in appearance
to the regular M.O.M. order entry screen, enables you to take an order
with or without customer information In addition, order payment methods
are designed especially for counter sales with Credit Card, Cash or Check
as options. The module computes tax and change due to customer and prints
a register receipt. Reporting for register sales, products sold, and sales
tax is included through the regular M.O.M. reporting options.
Also available, a special workstation with cash drawer, receipt printer,

Subscription
Management Module (SMM)
This option gives you the ability to manage magazine or newsletter products
with special routines for number of issues, last issue, renewal date,
etc. Used in conjunction with the List
Management Module, you can fill subscription orders by creating subscription
definitions and then printing labels for mailing. The List
Management Module is required for this option and is not available for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
Advanced
Warehouse Module (AWM)
Designed for larger order processing and fulfillment operations this module
enables warehouses and warehouse service areas to be defined based on
region. The module also allows one person to centrally manage the activities
of multiple packers working at one or several warehouse locations.
This module is only available for MOM 4.0 users or higher and is not
available for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
Advanced Inventory Module (AIM)
Designed
to enhance the already powerful stock management features of the basic
M.O.M. system this modules adds the power of "Scan & Shelf"
receiving, historical based purchase forecasting and an interface for
synchronizing M.O.M. with external inventory or manufacturing systems.
This module is exclusively available for MOM 5.0 users and is not available
for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
Multi-Company
Controller Module (MCCM)
This module enables you to run an unlimited number of companies
using one single M.O.M. system. All customer, stock, and accounting
information is kept separate for each company. This module is
only available for multi-station (networked) M.O.M. users and is not available
for M.O.M. SoHo Edition.
