Bantz says Mail Order Manager allows his company to quickly feed Froogle. Like with most ecommmerce businesses, Bantz wears many hats at the company and said it's critical that any software he uses makes the process quick and efficient.
- Don't completely trust any software. Bantz said ecommerce merchants should always double check the shopping sites to ensure the complete feed has been posted, and merchants shouldn't put complete faith in any software they might deploy.
