Verify Addresses For Cost Containment & Improved Customer Satisfaction

Only a sneak preview of what's to come, this soon to be released feature known as the Address Correction & Verification Module will be one of your most valuable customer service and cost containment weapons in 2006 and beyond.

Once released, you'll be able to activate this optional service to validate and correct shipping addresses in real time as you enter them into M.O.M. or import a file through IEM. The result, improved customer service and a reduction in carrier imposed wrong address penalties.

The Address Correct and Verification Service is scheduled for official release by February 1, 2006 with the first month of a bi-monthly update shipping in late January.
