A Message from Dydacomp CEO John Healy

Dear Mail Order Manager and SiteLINK Community:

I continue to be impressed with the feedback I have gotten from you either in the form of a survey response or through client meetings and phone calls I have had in my first couple of months at Dydacomp. Although it might not be apparent just yet, we are really focusing on what you have told us you need specifically as it relates to technical support and product development. The best way for us to plan our future strategy is by knowing completely what is important to you and your business as it relates to Mail Order Manager, SiteLINK and Dydacomp.

To continue that dialog, as I travel around the country on business I will invite members of the community to join me for lunch where we’ll discuss the state of the catalog, online and retail industry as well as what we are trying to do at Dydacomp to further enable you to conduct and grow your business in these channels just as efficiently and effectively as possible. The first one of these lunches will be in Denver on October 1 at the Oxford Hotel. I look forward to many more of these lunches to take place before the end of the year. I will keep you updated on dates and cities.
