Robert Coon Named President of Dydacomp
Totowa, NJ (January 20, 2005) - Dydacomp Development Corp., the publishers of Mail Order Manager (M.O.M.) software, have this week announced the promotion of Robert Coon to president of the company. According to company co-founder and CEO, Dave Kopp, "Rob is a perfect fit for the position. In his previous position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Rob has developed a keen understanding of our customer's needs and emerging industry trends. These skills will serve both our firm and the M.O.M. user community well as he takes over management responsibility for the entire company."
Coon started at Dydacomp in 1994 during the company's expansion of its sales and customer service departments for its M.O.M. for DOS software. Between 1996 and 1997 Coon, then Sales & Marketing Manager, coordinated successful back-to-back launches of the company's M.O.M for Windows product and SiteLINK ecommerce hosting service.
Since 2001, as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, Coon has helped create and release several new versions of the company's flagship M.O.M. software, including a full UK Edition. As V/P he had also advanced the company's payment processing and web design service offerings by introducing departments that focus on these services through the M.O.M. user point-of- view.
In 2005 Dydacomp will start shipping M.O.M. XL, a large-scale edition of Mail Order Manager that is designed for the unique requirements of high-volume, multi-channel operations. According to the newly appointed president, "With M.O.M. XL, any size business will now be able to benefit from the incredibly robust features that have established Dydacomp as the industry's automation leader in the small and mid-size business segments."
