John Woodhour Promoted to Dydacomp Sales Manager
Totowa, NJ (February 2, 2005) - Dydacomp Development Corp., the publishers of Mail Order Manager (M.O.M.) software, have promoted John Woodhour to Manager of Sales. According to company President, Robert Coon, “I am looking forward to John’s hands-on involvement with customers. His experience in complex, technical sales and customer service is certain to create immediate and positive impacts in customer satisfaction across our expanding International customer base.”
Woodhour joined Dydacomp in 2003 and oversaw Mail Order Manager sales for customers in the mid-west. As Senior Account Executive in that region, he not only grew the territory but increased customer service levels by implementing performance and satisfaction models he adapted throughout his career inside and outside Dydacomp. In 2004 he was recognized by Dydacomp for outstanding sales achievement and obtained the Presidents Club Award for Excellence.
Before Dydacomp, Woodhour maintained high profile accounts for Peoplesoft® concentrating in the Government and Educational markets in the Northeast. He consistently exceeded the sales revenue plans for licensed software, consulting services and training initiatives. Earlier in his career as an Account Executive at Ceridian, he surpassed sales revenue and customer satisfaction objectives while setting new standards in customer retention and loyalty. He was twice promoted at Ceridian based on performance, initiative and experience.
In 2005 Dydacomp will start shipping M.O.M. XL, a large-scale edition of Mail Order Manager designed for the unique requirements of high-volume, multi-channel operations. According to the newly appointed Woodhour, “M.O.M. XL will introduce Dydacomp solutions to an exciting, new audience while allowing existing Dydacomp customers to continue to capitalize on their investment in M.O.M. No matter what stage a business is in when they first implement a M.O.M. solution, XL adds the reassurance that Dydacomp solutions are available to serve its expanding needs.”
Woodhour continued, " It's impossible to measure the value M.O.M. XL creates for existing Dydacomp customers through automated data conversion and XL’s familiar user-interface. The resources saved on data migration and staff training alone offer customers a return on investment that cannot be achieved with a migration to any other system.” He added, “And for new companies starting with the XL solution we will offer an array of new services to get them operational quicker and more effectively than conventional systems offered to large end catalog and ecommerce merchants.”
In a final thought John said, “ It's an exciting time at Dydacomp and I look forward to the opportunity to continue the tradition of successful product launches while growing market share with our cornerstone SOHO and Enterprise offerings."
