Multichannel Order Manager Course Description Day 1

The first day is designed to help you better understand the "management level" functions and features of the Multichannel Order Manager (formerly Mail Order Manager software) system for cross channel and ecommerce merchants. The day begins with a detailed overview of the set-up functions in M.O.M. The various inventory reports and the use of the purchasing and delivery options are also discussed. A discussion of Multichannel Order Manager's Profit Reports is included to provide you with the tools to analyze and extract valuable information from the system.

Multichannel Order Manager Course Description Day 2

Using the system setups discussed during the previous day, this day introduces the user of the Multichannel Order Manager software to the basics of the system concentrating primarily on those functions related to order entry, customer service and accounting, including focus on Quickbooks accounting solutions. The Order Entry and Order Review topics provide a comprehensive presentation of the order taking process and the various options associated with an order and its line items. The day also covers order processing, prospect entry, telemarketing and list management. The handling of returns and exchanges as well as accounting functions complete the topics list.

This 1/2-day of lessons and exercises concludes the Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.) session by teaching you how to use the data stored in M.O.M. to make your business more profitable. From list management to advanced inventory control functions this final day goes beyond instruction and touches on keeping your business competitive.

COST & REGISTRATION: Since space is limited, all training events are only opened to Multichannel Order Manager users with current service contracts (valid through the course dates). Registration for each 2 1/2-day seminar is only $1,495.00 per person and must be received by the final registration date indicated. Space permitting, registrations are only accepted until the indicated final registration date. All registrations after that date (space permitting) will be charged a late fee of $75.00 per person, per course. Registration after the above date is not guaranteed. The registration fee includes that seminar and materials. It does not include accommodations, meals, airfare, or other extras.
