Telemarketing Management Module (TMM)

Add a complete phone contact management system to Multichannel Order Manager's (M.O.M.) to provide your customer support and sales staff with an inbound call log, outbound call and call back scheduling, a call note pad, caller interest level tracking, and an auto dialing feature to connect with most phone systems. Use the note pad features to manage inbound customer service email correspondence or even track ecommerce chat software logs.

This module also enables you to take scheduled calls entered in M.O.M. and create a calendar appointment in Microsoft Outlook. M.O.M. will schedule the call in Outlook based on the best time to call feature. You can take advantage of these features to improve the quality of your customer service to improve customer relations. And you can use the optional List Management Module (LMM) to create telemarketing lists that can be loaded as "calls to be made" with scheduled call dates, first call topics, and assigned salesperson.
