Because SiteLINK connects so seamlessly with MOM, we have saved countless hours of data entry and eliminated reams of paperwork from our operations.
Our store is so easy to manage. The average MOM user can learn to make updates and publish with no trouble - it doesn't require a technical wizard. Our previous e-commerce solution didn't provide our customers with the ability to send packages to more than one address per order. Many of our customers gave us vocal feedback about this shortcoming. Thankfully, SiteLINK enables multiple ship-to's which has made our customers' shopping experience much more pleasant. We don't have a large IT or web development staff at our organization, so one of the best parts about SiteLINK has been the incredible technical support we've received. Between the support staff and the programmers, they've always been able to answer our questions or resolve our problems in a prompt and friendly manner.
Our previous e-commerce solution required that we print a hard copy of every order and key it into MOM. This involved lots of room for typos and other human errors. Because SiteLINK orders download directly into MOM, this margin for error has been eliminated and we are fulfilling orders with fewer mistakes and greater customer satisfaction. It has also notably streamlined our order-taking process and freed up time for one of our staff members to work on other things.
Our previous e-commerce solution had become extremely cumbersome to manage and was the source of frequent frustration for us and our customers. Now we now have a visually appealing, easy to manage, customer-friendly store that does justice to both our products and our organization. As a result, we feel a strong sense of ownership and pride in our new store. Since our launch, we've seen online sales increase and we're excited again about e-commerce as one of our three retail avenues.
The SiteLINK Support team is phenomenal. During the design and development phase we presented them with an enormous number of questions, requests and custom work needs, and they responded terrifically throughout. They took the time to learn about and really understand our organization and the products that we sell. They demonstrated patience when we were slow to make up our minds or when we asked the same question twice, they provided timely responses to our communications, and they made every effort to cater to our organization's unique wishes. When we asked them to make SiteLINK perform a function for our store that had never been done before, they investigated, innovated, and found ways to make it happen. We established a fantastic relationship with our lead support person, and through him we formed strong working relationships with a member of the programming staff and several other members of the support staff.
Since launching the store we've experienced a seamless extension of this tremendous support. The SiteLINK team was especially helpful during the launch of our store and in the weeks immediately thereafter when we had lots of questions. While we're no longer in touch with them on such a regular basis, they've continued to provide us with exemplary support whenever we call or email.
We used to receive several calls a day from customers who were having difficulty completing their online purchase. This was usually due to the pervasive technical glitches or confusing customer interface of our old store. With SiteLINK, the number of calls has plummeted to nearly zero. A win-win situation for us and our customers!
