Meta Tag Help

Meta Tags are used to provide descriptive information about the products on your site for use by search engine programs (search engine spiders, bots). This text is not viewable by visitors of your site, but is displayed in the search engine's results page. The purpose of a Meta Tag is to make it easier for a search engine to read through your site, provide the necessary content to users looking for products such as yours, and consequently, increase the traffic on your site. The more relevant information you provde on your site either through plain text or through Meta Tags, the more prominently your site will be featured on a search engine's results page.

Using Google Base fields in M.O.M.for Meta Tag Information:

1. On the Main Menu Bar, Click on: Product > Maintain Stock Items
2. Select a SiteLINK Product.
3. Click on the SiteLINK Tab.
4. Click on the Google Base Sub Tab.
